University of Kentucky Frazee Hall
Frazee Hall, a historic building from 1907, was revitalized to be an accessible hub for uniting student services in an open, collaborative environment.
Originally constructed in 1907, University of Kentucky’s Frazee Hall underwent a major renovation in 2019 and proudly reopened in November 2023. Situated near the Gatton Student Center, the revitalized building now serves as a home to the Dean of Students offices, uniting key student services departments including Residence Life, Fraternity and Sorority Life, and the Center for Support and Intervention. The updated interior fosters connection, accessibility, and student success at every level. In collaboration with Lord Aeck Sargent architectural and design firm, the design features modular glass walls, private offices, and social spaces that encourage collaboration and community engagement.
