Our installation team is an integral part of our company. They are trained, uniformed and invested in a smooth delivery experience for our clients. With a combined 45 years of knowledge, each project is assigned a lead installer for on-site management and coordination.

Our "punch in process" philosophy truly sets us apart during the critical installation phase. In the event product arrives with freight damage or short shipped, the lead installer alerts the project team immediately so we can address and resolve. Our goal is to have punch items completed before the final client walk-through. Installations are one of our favorite parts of a project as you see the vision, work and planning come to life on-site.

At FS, our day 2 service is a key advantage that differentiates us from our peers. The original project team remains the primary drivers on a project from start to finish to ensure the space is complete and ready for occupancy. We are available to support our clients whether it be to demo new chairs, adjust a monitor arm or handle a warranty claim - our team will be there for all stages of the project and beyond.
