A renovation of the 18th floor to support faculty growth.

The 18th floor of UK's Patterson Office Tower was designed to be an executive suite of conference rooms and private offices but had remained unchanged since it's opening in 1969. We worked closely with the University's Design Department to create faculty offices that could be adaptable for any department and maximize storage while maintaining the amazing views. The warm wood tones balance with the cool grey interior finishes and accents of blue reinforce POT's location in the heart of central campus.
