BerryDunn's National Headquarters in Portland, ME is home to a team of consultants who bring accounting, tax and consulting expertise to a wide range of clients throughout the Northeast.

Having outgrown their corporate office and faced with a physical space that no longer reflected the growth and culture of the firm, BerryDunn selected the former UNUM HO1 building on Congress Street as their ideal new corporate headquarters.

Finding their perfect, new “home” and making their previous hindrances (including a lack of division between private and collaborative space, rapid growth resulting in multiple expansions, minimal natural lighting and inefficient layouts) a thing of the past, they broke away from the challenges presented by their former location through collaboration with Furniture Solutions & Lavallee Brensinger Architects to design and develop several furniture typicals and space standards that not only reflect the culture of their firm but also assist in propelling them into an identifiable presence within the community. With interior materials, furniture finishes and details reinforcing a compelling corporate image, the completed space serves as both a workspace and a recruiting tool.
