The Exchange provides a mixed-use space to further enhance the north side of UK's campus with the Lexington community.

In partnership with the University of Kentucky, Signet Real Estate Group has developed this five-story, mixed-use parking structure including over 900 new parking spaces and a ground floor mixed-use innovation space. This project is a redevelopment of an old campus bookstore as part of the transformation of UK’s north campus.

The Cornerstone serves as the gateway to an emerging innovation district that will further link the University with the city of Lexington. The innovation hub provides a space with a variety of programming for collaboration between students, faculty, staff, and the community. The gamers’ lounge includes a multiuse 100-seat theater to host E-sports tournaments, hold classes, and be the home for countless other events. Lastly, the Cornerstone Exchange food hall provides shared seating and outdoor dining for local restaurant vendors to create additional opportunity to build community and collaboration.
